He does, though, now have a long and established CV in the radio industry. Brian joined Liverpool's Radio City in 1976 where he spent 3 years. He then joined Wrexham's Marcher Sound upon it's launch in 1983 where Brian specialized in album tracks (BC's Album Tracks) until he pitched the idea of The Weekend Wing Ding in 1988. Brian became Program Controller at KCR in Prescot before moving to Radio Maldwyn in Newtown where he stayed for 10 years.
